Thidanad Mercy Home, a testament to God's merciful love, is a treasured gem of the FCC Alphonsa Jyoti Province. Founded in 1976, it received a new headquarters and building in 1992. The institution continues to flourish to this day.

In 2023-2024, the institute had 32 members. Unfortunately, three passed away, and five left. Currently, there are 25 members, including two men and 23 women. The institution is well-documented, with all necessary papers, orders, and ... regulations in place. Annual government audits, general inspections, and social justice department reviews ensure transparency. The institution receives government benefits and maintains good relations with the Panchayat Government Health Department, Diocesan Care Homes, and voluntary organizations.

Mercy Home is dedicated to empowering its members to overcome physical and mental challenges, break free from loneliness and isolation, and live happily in a supportive environment. It guides them on their journey to eternal life, ever vigilant and striving to make a positive impact.
