For the construction of the Choondacherry  Amala Bhavan fcc, put the founding stone in September 8, 1997. In 1999 January 8th the house blessing ceremony done by mar Joseph Pallickaparmbil. The first members of this convent was Sr. Juliet,Sr.Lasalette Mary,Sr.Rani Toms,Sr.Grace.
From the starting of this house the students those who are coming from Bharananganam boarding for leaning purpose in choondacherry school also accommodate in this convent.
          Mainly started the convent boarding for the students of Sanjos public school Choondacherry. Around 75 students can accommodate in this boarding. In 2022 - '23 academic year 7 students utilized ... our boarding facilities. In June 202 - 32 students from Aruvithura Anandha Bhavan reached here. At present 34 students. 31 students from SHGHS   Bharananganam and three students from Sanjos school arts stay in our boarding. We are 6 members in our community. They are Sr.Anns Mulayolickal,Sr. Betty, Sr.Elsit,Sr. Julie,Sr.Alphin &Sr.Anngrace. In this year our convent passing through the silver jubilee..
